Michael Naporano, Director

Mike is a Director at Madison West, where he focuses on partner, associate, and in-house recruiting. Mike is committed to serving his candidates by presenting them with lateral opportunities that best match their experiences, goals and desires. 

Before entering the legal recruiting industry, Mike gained broad legal experience representing clients in matters across multiple practice areas, including corporate M&A, commercial real estate, bankruptcy & financial restructuring, and commercial litigation. Mike was recognized as a New York Metro Area “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers from 2014-2016. Mike also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.  Before his legal profession, Mike was an active-duty officer in the United States Coast Guard, where he served as an engineering officer on board the U.S.C.G.C. CHASE based out of San Diego.
