Austin Wilson, Partner

Austin is a Partner at Madison West. Eschewing the high-volume, database-driven recruiting model, Austin collaborates with partner, associate, and in-house candidates on a career-long basis to identify, qualify, and secure premier opportunities that best fit with his candidates' goals and values.  Prior to founding Madison West, Austin was a Managing Director at a leading international legal recruiting firm.

Before entering the legal recruiting industry, Austin served as in-house counsel for an international media company, and he was also a corporate associate with a leading West-Coast law firm.  Austin received his JD from Northwestern University School of Law, and he continues to remain involved with the law school, including serving as the past Chairman of the Northwestern Law School Alumni Club of Chicago.  Austin also received his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
